Mr. Christopher Campbell-Holt OBE is a lawyer and consultant and has more than 20 years’ international legal experience, having lived and worked in the UK, US, Middle East, and Central Asia.

坎贝尔-霍尔特先生曾为15个以上国家的最高政治层面提供咨询，涉及新型国际金融中心、普通法及争端解决机构的开发，从最初构想到实施，涵盖中东、亚洲、中亚、东欧、非洲和南美洲。

He has advised more than 15 countries at the highest political level on new internationalfinancial centres, common law and dispute resolution institutions development, from initialconcept, including in the Middle East, Asia, Central Asia, Eastern Europe, Africa, and SouthAmerica.

坎贝尔-霍尔特先生是多个国际咨询委员会的成员，包括作为欧洲委员会和亚洲开发银行的“专家”顾问。他还是中华人民共和国最高人民法院国际商事诉讼与多元化纠纷解决专家委员会的成员，为最高人民法院司法解释和司法政策的制定提供建议，并推动中国国际仲裁的发展。

He is a member of numerous international advisory committees including as an ‘Expert’advisor to the Council of Europe and the Asia Development Bank. He is a member of theSupreme Court of the People’s Republic of China Expert Committee on InternationalCommercial Litigation and Diversified Dispute Resolution, providing advice on theformulation of judicial interpretations and judicial policies of the Supreme People’s Court andcontributing to the development of international arbitration in China.

坎贝尔-霍尔特先生毕业于伦敦大学学院，取得法学学士学位，并具有美国纽约州律师执业资格。他是有效争议解决中心（the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution, CEDR）认证调解员，拥有多年调解经验，同时是特许仲裁员协会会员，还是特许董事学会终身会员，并在包括多所大学的董事会及理事会在内的诸多机构担任董事会成员。

He was educated at University College London, where he read the LLB in Law. He is admittedto the Bar of New York State. He is a CEDR accredited mediator and has many years ofmediator experience. He has Member status at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is alifetime member of the Chartered Institute of Directors and is a board member of variousinstitutions including the Board of Governors and Trustees of various universities.

His publications include Lord Woolf: A Vision of the AIFC Court (2018) (editor), Ethical BusinessConduct in BAE Systems Plc – The Way Forward (2008) (contributing author of report), Gore-Browne on Companies (Jordans, 2007-2010) (author of two chapters on corporateinsolvency), The Pursuit of Justice (Lord Woolf, OUP, 2008) (editor), Current Legal Problems(OUP, 2005-2009) (assistant editor), and numerous articles on common law courts, disputeresolution, and corporate governance. He has lectured widely at universities in the UK,Middle East, Asia, and Central Asia.
