内地与港澳全国大学生模拟法庭（仲裁庭）大赛旨在以法治文化交流为核心、培育青年人才为目标，采用全英文模拟仲裁庭的比赛形式，提高内地与港澳青年学子的书状撰写能力和庭审抗辩技巧，让具有不同教育背景的三地青年学习，丰富庭审经验、增进了解、并肩交流、共同成长。


The National Moot Court (Arbitration Tribunal) Competition for University Students from Mainland, Hong Kong, and Macao aims to foster the exchange of rule of law culture as its core and nurture young talents as its goal. The competition adopts the format of a moot arbitration tribunal in English to enhance the drafting skills and hearing abilities of young students from the mainland, Hong Kong, and Macao. 



赛事主题/Competition Theme

采用全英模拟仲裁庭形式，以国际贸易争端为案例，提升书状撰写能力和庭审抗辩技巧，以辩促学，快速点亮涉外沟通技能！

 

Using the format of a moot arbitration tribunal in English, focusing on international trade disputes as the case study to improve drafting and hearing skills. This approach promotes learning through debate and rapidly enhances foreign communication skills!


赛事时间安排/Competition Schedule

赛事时间：2025年4月-2025年8月下旬

赛事分为三个阶段：校内报名阶段、比赛阶段、线下庭辩阶段


1. Competition Time: April 2025 - Late August 2025

2. The competition is divided into three stages: campus registration stage, competition stage, and offline hearing debate stage:

校内报名阶段/

Campus Registration Stage: 

2025年4月至5月中，参赛高校视校内情况自行组织选拔报名，报名阶段为线上进行。各校可结合实际自选形式开展选拔，不能个人组队参赛，参赛队伍中须包括港澳高校在读学生或留学生（以所持证件为准）。


From April to the middle of May 2025, participating universities will organize their own selection and registration.

比赛阶段/Competition Stage:

1. 赛题公布和线上答疑：

2025年6月发布赛题进行线上答疑，参赛选手可发送邮件，就案例问题与举办方进行咨询与答疑，答疑时间截至到6月底；7月初发放答疑资料。

2. 全国初赛：

2025年7月下旬前参赛选手按照案卷资料编写诉状并提交，根据参赛选手所编写的诉状，由举办方评选出优胜队伍进入决赛，案卷发放阶段皆为线上进行。


a. Case Announcement and Online Q&A:

In June 2025, the competition case will be released for online Q&A. Participants can send emails to consult with the organizers about the case issues, with the Q&A period ending at the end of June; clarifying materials will be distributed in early July.

 

b. National Preliminary Round: 

Before the end of July, 2025, participants need to write and submit their pleadings based on the case materials. Based on the pleadings written by the participants, the organizers will select the winning teams to enter the finals. The case distribution stage is conducted online.

线下庭辩阶段/

Offline National Finals:

全国决赛：

2025年8月下旬于上海举行线下比赛。


The offline competition will be held in Shanghai in late August 2025.


参赛要求/

Participation Requirements

1. 参赛选手须为内地、香港、澳门高校在读的本科生或硕士、博士研究生；

2. 非法学专业的学生，如具有相应的法学知识，也可以参赛；

3. 本次模拟法庭竞赛语言为英语，书状采用英文，庭辩采用英语，参赛选手需拥有较好的英语书写和口语能力。


1. Participants must be undergraduate or postgraduate (Masters or Ph.D.) students currently enrolled at universities in Mainland of China, Hong Kong, or Macao.

2. Students from non-law majors can also participate if they have the requisite legal knowledge.

3. The competition language for this moot court is English, with written submissions in English and oral arguments in English. Participants must possess good English writing and speaking abilities.

Registration and Selection Method

1. 请有意报名2025年内地与港澳全国大学生模拟法庭（仲裁庭）大赛的同学于北京时间2025年4月2日18:00前将个人中英文简历发送至邮箱：dan.xie@ecupl.edu.cn，邮件标题为：“IMAC模拟仲裁报名+姓名”；

2. 2025年4月3日笔试题目将发送报名者邮箱，请报名同学于2025年4月9日22:00前将笔试作答发送dan.xie@ecupl.edu.cn；

3. 2025年4月10日公布面试名单；

4. 本届大赛将在6月-8月进入比赛阶段，各位同学需考虑自身时间安排，确保有充足备赛时间。


1. Students interested in participating in the 2025 National Moot Court (Arbitration Tribunal) Competition for University Students from Mainland, Hong Kong, and Macao should send their personal resumes in both Chinese and English to the email: dan.xie@ecupl.edu.cn by 18:00 on April 2, 2025 (Beijing Time). The email title should be: “IMAC Moot Arbitration Registration + Name”.

2. The written test questions will be sent to the applicants’ emails on April 3, 2025. Please send your written test responses to dan.xie@ecupl.edu.cn by 22:00 on April 9, 2025.

3. The interview list will be announced on April 10, 2025.

4. The competition will enter its competition phase from June to August. Participants should consider their own schedules to ensure they have ample time to prepare.
